i'm goin' places!!

so i passed my lab exam tuesday and i totally rocked my clinical evaluations yesterday annnnnd i had a wonderful interview this morning that went very well. (only downside is they have way too many applicants and i only have 1 semester of clinical experience so far. but we'll see, i have another interview at another hospital on tues) i am even going back tomorrow to complete a shadowing experience to make sure i am happy with the unit and what it has to offer. (although i toured it today, and the unit is simply gorgeous. the nurse manager and i talked for ohhh i wanna say like forever, and i am just so excited about all that this opportunity has to offer in the way of learning and giving me the opportunity to actually love as much as i possibly can without understaffing and not being able to do what you think is best for the patient because of policy-schmolicy stuff to deal with) but oh yeah did you hear about my fabbbbulous portfolio? if you saw it, it might just make you jealous. yep, maybe just a little. ;-) see i told you i'm kind of a big deal. lol

final exam next wednesday and then i'm done! well for like 3 days. then it's pharacology. then a month or two off and human physiology (which i am like way behind in taking by the way). then lots of fun things planned for next semester... half the semester with an adults rotation, half the semester with a gero/rehab rotation. woo hippity hoo. ok fine it won't be that bad. :) then megs and i are gonna rock genetics as well, throw in a bunch of nursing lectures and that will be my september thru december. then spring is ob + peds rotations which = fun!! see at this point in the game, i pretty much know what i'm taking for my next 2 years (my LAST two years, fiiiinally!) but yeah, still love it. k rambling...

but i totally rock. i'm going to be the bestest nurse ever. trust me, if you get sick, you want me to be the one saving your life. i'm just that cool. oh and my scrubs are so cute. so like if they had a fashion show for scrubs, i'd be in it. cuz i know how to rock 'em. love + brains + passion + fashion... now you can't beat that!! :o)
